Cancellation Policy

Where the client cancels their booking with Farewell Spit Nature Experience

• Outside of 30 days - 100% refund , no cancellation fees.
• Within 7-30 days - 90% refund, 10% cancellation fees
• Within 1-7 days - 70% refund, 30% cancellation fees
• Less than 24 hours- no refund unless exceptional circumstances have occurred. Any amount of refund is at discretion of Tour Manager only.
• No refund on any tour can be made after departure again unless exceptional circumstances.

Where Tour is cancelled by Farewell Spit Nature Experience.

• Up to time of departure –rebooking to another tour time/date or full refund.
• Where more than a quarter, yet less than half of the tour is completed the client may rebook at 50% of the tour cost, or receive a 50% refund.
• After more than half of the tour is completed the client may rebook at 50%, but no refunds will be given.
• Certain circumstances may dictate that the Operations Manager has discretion on what refunds or rebooking can apply.
